Print Club FAQ

International Shipping

I currently am not shipping internationally. Still figuring out Shopify so I'm trying to get international shipping set up ASAP!

Shipment Date

All print club orders shipped out within each month's sign up period will be shipped out on the 23rd of that month. You will receive an email when your print is on its way!

Tracking

The print club is mailed with stamps to keep the membership affordable! Because of that, unfortunately there is no tracking for print club orders.

Sign up Period

Sign up for each month ends on the 20th of that month. e.g., If you sign up before or on May 20th, you will receive the May print. If you sign up on May 21st or later, you will receive the June print.

Catch Up on Previous Prints

Catch up with previous prints here! The previous prints will all ship out at the same time as the regular print club mailing, which will be on the 23rd of the month. They ship in separate envelopes from the regular mailing, so expect a few letters in the mail!

Can I Purchase the Complete Collection?

Yes! You can purchase it here! You will receive this year's complete collection at the end of the year.

Privacy Policy

Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources.

Sizes

All original paintings and prints are in inches.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Processing Time

Art Prints are printed on demand and take up to 7-9 days to be printed and shipped. You will receive tracking once your order has shipped. Originals are shipped within 1 week.

Shipping Time

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders.

Damaged Items?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at sarahheidegger26@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I’m happy to assist you!
