My name is Sarah and I’m an artist based in Redlands, California. I’ve been painting portraits since I was eleven years old. I began creating Live Wedding Paintings in 2025, combining my lifelong love of realism and portraiture with something I’ve always found incredibly meaningful: the moments we choose to remember.

I’ll be honest - I’m still fairly new to weddings. I’ve only attended four in my entire life, and I’ve cried at every single one. There’s something about witnessing two people make a lifelong commitment, surrounded by the people they love, that has always moved me deeply.

Even with only a handful of weddings under my belt, I find myself looking back on each one with so much sentimentality, remembering the little moments, details, and emotions that made each celebration special.

I’ve always been someone who notices the things that can easily go unnoticed - the way someone looks at the person they love, a subtle change in expression, the way two people naturally move together, a favorite flower tucked into a bouquet, or a small keepsake that holds a much bigger memory. I’m especially attuned to body language, micro-expressions, and the overall feeling of a moment, and I believe that sensitivity translates naturally into the emotion and connection I strive to capture in my portraits.

That is what I hope to bring to your wedding. I want to paint more than what your wedding looked like. I want to capture what it felt like. The connection between you, the atmosphere of your celebration, and the little details that you'll look back on years from now.
